To sign up and select your preferences:
     1. Enter your email at the bottom of this page and click "SIGN UP"
     2. Select your preferences on the next page

     1. Enter your email at the bottom of this page and click "SIGN UP" (this simply takes you to the next page)
     2. Click "SEND ME AN EMAIL"
     3. Open the link from your email and manage your preferences
