​How to Pay a Pledge Using a Donor-Advised Fund or Stock Transfer
​1. Donor-Advised Fund (DAF):
​To fulfill your pledge or make a donation using a DAF, please follow these steps:

• Contact your DAF provider (e.g., Fidelity Charitable, Schwab Charitable, Vanguard Charitable).

• Recommend a grant to:

• IMPORTANT: Include your name and a note detailing the donation

Note: Due to IRS regulations, DAF grants cannot be used to fulfill legally binding pledges. However, you may indicate the grant is made “in support of” your pledge.

To make a gift via appreciated securities:
